All reservations are considered “on hold” until you make a deposit.  After you make the reservation, we will send you an invoice for the deposit.  Paying the invoice GUARANTEES that the specific cabana you requested is waiting for you.  Once a deposit is made, it is non-refundable but it can be applied to a future stay if you need to cancel.
